It’s that time of the year again so start preparing your fantasy team for the FPL season.

To play, click on the button at the bottom of this post and create or login to your account.

This will give you £100M to play with! Spoiler alert, not real money! Pick a team name and 15 players for your squad and remember you can have only 3 maximum from one team. Sadly you won’t be able to pick all the players from Unai Emery’s squad.

Then join our mini league- Bedford Lions and Lionesses. You will have some big decisions to make ahead of game week 1 for your team selection, including who to pick as your captain and vice-captain.

You have some valuable chips you can play too. These are Triple Captain (treble the points) and bench boost (where your 4 subs can score points). You can also use Wildcard (completely change your team permanently) or a Free Hit (just for a certain game week) to use later in the season.

For the first time this season, you can use these chips twice- first, between game weeks 1-19 and again for a 2nd time in the second half of the season. As ever you can only use one chip at a time for a certain game week.

Plus enter the transfer market (if necessarily) to change things around. You can transfer a between 1-3 players per game week, starting from the 2nd week.  

Try to be the best in your league and don’t forget there will be cup competitions to play for too.
