This week brought some interesting results with joint winner in the match day table and a new leader in the overall table.

Sticking Together

The match stage certainly brought some interesting scoreline and unusual events in the match day table. As you will see with the match stage table, only 4 players out of the 15 were not stuck together with anyone else.

In fact it was Jake Downes and Jamie Stewart who took the spoils in the match day table with 56 points with different results to get to that total.

Starting with Jake, He achieved two perfect scores- 1-1 draw between Brighton & Hove Albion and Everton and Tottenham Hotspur drawing 2-2 with Manchester City.

Jamie also got the correct score in the Brighton game but score more points with his joker in Chelsea 3-2 win over West Ham United.

Both stay put in the league table with Jamie on 1,129 points in 5th place and Jake on 981 points in 12th place.

New Leader

After piling the pressure in recent weeks, I finally made it to the top of the table after scoring 55 points this week. This puts me on 1,223 points, 9 ahead of Luke Frost, who only scored 40 this week. Param Basi is remains in 3rd place with 1,189 points with James in 4th place with 1,151 points.

So a very interesting week. This week sees two match stages, the first one starting tonight (Friday) and the second starting on Tuesday before the FA Cup returns next weekend.
