FPL- Gameweek 29

We look at the team who won the gameweek table with a steady defence plus the events at the top of the Bedford Lions and Lionesses FPL.

Steady As It Goes

Cash Teek took the honours this week, with his Claude FC side picking up 87 points.

He like many others picked Joao Pedro who scored 19 points with his hat-trick, somewhere! His captain Manchester City’s Antoine Semenyo (14) found the net in their 2-2 draw with Nottingham Forest. His defence though were particularly impressive.

Starting with three Arsenal players including Goalkeeper David Raya who scored combined 31 points in their 1-0 win at Brighton & Hove Albion. He also had Bournemouth Defender Marcos Senesi who scored impressive 11 points in their goalless drew with Brentford.

The team moves up a place to 26th with 1,478 points overall.

Events At The Top

George Procter’s Cash In Cash Out side scored impressive 75 points to move on to 1,760 points to increase the gap on Aaron Basi’s Gangsters Allardyce Ito 41 points.

Paul Stanyard’s McGinn and Tonic stays 3rd on 1,669 points, just 7 ahead of Jamie Stewart’s 1. FC McGinniesta. In the only change in the top 6, Jack Stewart’s Serious Konsaquences moves up one to 5th on 1,649 points, just a point ahead of two clear ofMark Standard’s Stanners FC.
