FPL- Gameweek 30

This week, we have joint winners of the gameweek table at both the top and bottom of the Bedford Lions and Lionesses FPL.

Success At Both Ends

Not very often but we do have occasional joint winners and this was it. This involved teams at both the top and bottom of the table, scoring 65 points.

Starting at the top, it was a much needed boost for Aaron Basi’s Gangsters Allardyce. He captained Thiago, who scored for Brentford in their 2-2 draw with Wolverhampton Wanderers. He also had Bruno Fernandes, who scored 10 points, thanks to 2 assists in their 3-1 win! Anyway, He also got combined 16 points for Arsenal Goalkeeper David Raya (7) and Defender Gabriel (9) in their 2-0 win over Everton.

Aaron also played a Bench Boost chip, scoring 13 points. This moves him up to 1,780 points, just 35 points behind the leader George Procter’s Cash In Cash Out side.

At the other end of the table, It was a good week for Lynne Wilson’s BlairsBlunders side. She captained Fernandes, to have 20 points. Plus just like Aaron, she had Thiago, Raya & Gabriel in her side. For good measure, she also had Brighton & Hove Albion’s Defender Lewis Dunk, who scored 11 points in their 1-0 win at Sunderland.

She remains in 27th position on 1,537 points overall.
