At the Bedford Lions and Lionesses League there is one player leading the way and he increased his lead. Plus we take a look at the players trying to keep up at the top of the table.
Too Good
George Procter’s Cash in Cash Out team has been leading the way for most of the season and this week the lead at the top increased, as he was team of the week for second time in a row.
Despite Erling Haaland not scoring much as captain this week, just 4 points, some of other players scored heavily. Aston Villa’s Morgan Rogers hit a superb double to win 2-1 at Leeds United, scoring 15 points in all. He also got 14 points from Crystal Palace Defender Daniel Munoz, as he found the net in their 2-0 win at Wolverhampton Wanderers.
His other players scored steadily and also got 8 points from his bench boost chip as well.
This performance sees his team on 826 points and a massive 113 points clear of 2nd place.

Playing for 2nd
Well that might be slightly premature at this early stage but someone will have to close the gap soon! An excellent 65 points sees Benjamin King’s Accounts Playable team move up 6 places to 2nd on 713 points. Jack Stewart’s Serious Konsaquences drops a place to 3rd on 706 points, level with Jamie Stewart’s 1. FC McGinniesta. My Fast Eddie XV team had a good week, scoring 53 points to move up to joint fifth with Luke Perkins’s Guessand my team.
