This week, Several players went past 100 points in this gameweek. We look at the one who did the best, the events at the top of the Bedford Lions and Lionesses FPL and the start of the FPL Cup.
Timely Boost
With this being the biggest double gameweek of the season, it was an ideal time for players to use a chip to make strides in the league. Several players went past 100 points this week but it was Troy Downes’s Stranger Mings who did the best with 118 points.
His chip was a bench boost that worked very well as Nottingham Forest’s Morgan Gibbs-White was on it. He scored a hat-trick in their 4-1 win over Burnley to give Troy 20 points.
There was goals in his team from our own Ollie Watkins (16) who scored twice in the thrilling 4-3 win over Sunderland. He also captained Morgan Rogers (18) who got on the scoresheet. Manchester City’s Erling Haaland scored the winner in both games against Arsenal (2-1) and Burnley (1-0), to give a total of 13 points. Finally Leeds United’s Striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin (8) scored from the spot in he 3-0 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers.
This puts him up 5 places to 19th with 1,762 points.
Big well done to our other centurions this week- Jack Stewart’s Serious Konsasequences (105), Mark Stanyard’s Stanners FC (116), Phil Arrowsmith’s eeyckma (100) and finally Thomas Brierly’s Scenes From an Emery (112).

The Top Six
George Procter’s Cash In Cash Out 89 points this week was enough to put him on 2,006 and increased his lead on Aaron Basi’s Gangsters Allardyce who had a difficult week.
Jamie Stewart’s 1. FC McGinniesta stays 3rd on 1,916 points, 8 ahead of Jack Stewart. Paul Stanyard’s McGinn and Tonic drops down one to 5th on 1,905 points, just 4 points ahead of Mark Stanyard.




Up For The Cup!
This gameweek seen the start of the FPL Cup. With 33 players in the league, this gameweek saw just one match that would complete the draw for the upcoming last 32 stage.
This was the two lowest scorers in gameweek 32 and in the end, it was John Fawcett’s Bramcote Villa that progressed against Alex Gooch’s Amadou’ing it right? by 79 points to 74.
