Forescore- Match Stage 36

This week, we look at the runaway winner of the match day table plus the events of the title race!

That Old Trick again!

It wasn’t Lynne who did this, it was James! He got a perfect score by predicting Manchester City would defeat Brentford 3-0 and he used his Joker on that too. The other games were all down to 0-0 and worked well with teams not scoring or ending in draws. He even got another perfect score with a stalemate between Sunderland and Manchester United,

He scored 87 points, which puts him back in the top six with 1,546 points in total. Please note: The Matchday table doesn’t include the Manchester City vs Crystal Palace game last Wednesday.

Is The Comeback On?

After last match stage, It was looking like Luke Frost was pretty nailed on the title. However A strong week for me with 61 points compare to Luke’s 38, meaning the title race is certainly not over.

Luke’s lead has been reduced to 14 points as he has 1,765 in total.

Jamie is not completely out of it either as he has 1,711 in 3rd place with just two match stages to go.

As we look forward to our last home game tonight (15th May), followed to the big one in Istanbul on Wednesday, there is a spread out match stage due to tomorrow FA Cup Final. Will there be some more twists and turns at the top of the league? Follow the progress on the website.
